All content, including but not limited to artwork, poetry, logos, text, code, and design elements on this site are owned by Lisa Grisly Miller unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission. Violators may be haunted.

> — 2. ACCEPTABLE USE —

This site is for creative inspiration and business inquiries only. No scraping, reverse-engineering, or stealing vibes allowed.

> — 3. ORDER POLICIES (FOR DESIGN CLIENTS) —

[ WORK AGREEMENT & DEADLINES ]
All projects require a signed digital work agreement before any design begins.
This contract outlines the full scope of work, deadlines, deliverables, and payment terms.
Deadlines are confirmed within this signed agreement.
If no agreement is signed, the project will not proceed.

[ NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS (NDAs) ]
NDAs are available upon request.
Grisly Design honors the confidentiality of your creative content and intellectual property.
If privacy is essential, just ask — I’ve got you covered.

[ PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS ]
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to reserve your project start date.
The remaining balance is due before final delivery.
Payment details will be outlined in your signed agreement.
No files are released until full payment is received.

[ TURNAROUND TIMES ]
Turnaround time for branding packages typically ranges from 2–3 weeks,
depending on complexity, client responsiveness, and revision rounds.
Design is collaborative — your timely feedback keeps things flowing!

[ REVISIONS ]
Each package includes 2 rounds of free revisions.
Additional revisions will incur an extra fee unless otherwise noted in your contract.
Clear and timely feedback (within 3 business days) is appreciated to keep your project on track.

[ PROJECT ABANDONMENT ]
If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days without prior notice,
the project may be considered abandoned.
In such cases, all deposits are forfeited, and the project will be archived.
A new deposit will be required to resume.

[ RUSH PROJECTS ]
Rush requests (projects needed in under 5 business days) will be evaluated
on a case-by-case basis depending on availability.
If accepted, a rush fee of 25–50% may apply, depending on urgency and scope.
Please inquire first — I’ll let you know if I have room.

• All sales are final once design work has begun.

• Client is responsible for providing accurate and final content (text, images, etc.)

> — 4. LIABILITY —

I am not responsible for third-party issues (printing errors, site outages, etc.) once the final files or sites are delivered. I provide the magic — what you do with it is up to you.

> — 5. CHANGES TO TERMS —

I reserve the right to update these terms whenever the spirits move me. If you’re worried about changes, check back here once in a while — I’ll post the updated date at the top.
